taHoooo!


Taho! Every Filipino knows it by heart. For the past 3 weeks, taho makes my morning good indeed. Since I noticed that am gaining pounds everyday, I decided to have taho for breakfast only. Yeah, I'd say it's effective, lost an inch around my belly lol! Taho is one delicacy that has been part of every Pinoy's lives. Every morning, hearing manong vendor's joyful cry...tahoooo! makes my feet race to the door, eagerly waiting for my taho.

Hey, taho is very healthy! You can have it everyday. Since it's made up of soya, taho helps reduce the chances of cardiovascular desease, cancer, and post-menopausal syndrome. It also promotes better breast health for women and prostate health for men.

I love my taho especially if it's cold from the fridge mix with a tablespoonful of yummy condensada. Hmmmm... it makes my morning light and complete!
