all keyed up

Yes I am! Finally I enrolled myself to a driving school(ABC Aerostar, the only driving school with branches nationwide..lol!) last week. I availed their 10-day course and last Monday was my first fun and freaky day. I drove 3 kilometers for the first 30 minutes of the session, t'was the quickest 30 minutes of my life..LOL!

I wonder how it's gonna be like up later? Hmmm... can't wait for the day when I can call myself a certified... DRIVER... (whatta dream!!!)

Yikes, it's been decades! Did you know I was dreading to face my blogs? Can't even look at them much more signing in to my accounts. My reasons are shallow, you need not know lol! Or you should, maybe. Let's just say I have to go out on my own so I can find my way back home.(echos!) Seriously, I mean it when I took a break. I need to forget everything about my blogs so I can remember it again. I paused so I can resume... and play once more.

So I guess it's time... the firefly is back!

Uhm, I think I have an idea where it is. There, I left it all in FACEBOOK! I really do not want to go to FB that much but the voices in my head tells me to do so. Deep inside I'd rather blog, drop ec's, visit blogs, and update links but am just human! Have to take care of my Pet Mui, cultivate my Farm, and explore the Ville. Now who can blame me???


For this my blogs suffer. I know, the PR wave bye-bye already. Grrrrr, I hate you FB! I hate you for making me love you!

Though I want to update this blog, and so as my other blogs, I just couldn't as of the moment. Things are piling up lately and I don't even know where to start.(Char!) Alright, let me tell you some of the reasons. First, the server(s). Believe it or not I have two ISP's, that's how desperate I am just to have a good connection. Globe installed broadband the other day but I decided not to terminate Smart yet until the end of the month. Now both ISP gives me head ache big time! Their servers are dysfunctional, super slow, and weird! Well at least, if the other one is messing up I'll just unplug it and it'll be the other ones turn. Crazy isn't it?

Anyway, since mom and dad are out-of-town, am the one whose doing all the jobs and paper works here as well. Gosh, I feel so ewan LOL! Customers are so demanding, errrrrrrrrrrr! One of these days, I'll blog about them and how they power trip! (Peace!)

But hey before I sign out, there's something I really wanted to share with you. It's a creepy kind of thing actually and am still figuring out if what I saw was real or just imagination. I hope it's just my imagination. Stay tuned for my tale ok? Heheh...

Haha, been blog absent for almost a week now and I feel bad for actually liking it, lol! It all started when the laptop was down for some malware, it took years to load a single page and I wasn't patient enough to deal with it. Then the friend's wedding came, no, wasn't able to look for a white dress though lol! Was having fun with the pictures and stuff so being on line didn't even cross my mind. Guess I was just so dysfunctional lately, or maybe it is because I lost my PR...OUUCHHHH, that hurts! This is the fifth time I lost my PR, hope MR. Gogol will give it back soon, oh! Hmmm, think I know what to do.

Bug

Been working everyday with the laptop but up until now I still don't know anything about the technical stuff or whatever that has to do with it. For 5 days now I keep on receiving alerts the moment the lappy's turned on. I strongly believed that there's some kind of bug in here! Though am confused on where the heck it came from. Would probably need to take this to the technician and that means no on line life for a couple or more days. My golly, that's unthinkable and impossible LOLZ!

Well, let's just see... haha!

salted eggs..

One of my favorite food of all time are salted eggs. A famous Philippine delicacy and pretty sure every pinoy's fave. Its salty, weird taste makes my taste buds jump for joy. T'was craving for it these past few days and thank goodness papa bought it the other night. Clap, clap, clap! Yeah, it was our dinner! Dunno know how many plateful of rice I consumed, all I can remember was I looked like a pregnant lady afterwards lol! Who cares? I mean eating it using the hands, propping the knees... Man, life is super good!

How old are U?

Whether you realized it or not, you are much older than you may think. Biological science tells us that at birth, a woman's ovaries already contain all the ova, or eggs, that she will ever produce. This means that if your mother was 30 years of age at the time of your conception, the egg that eventually became you was already 30 years old.

That probably does not make you feel older, but day by day, you are getting older. Young or old, all of us are aging, and most of us are interested in slowing down that process- if not actually stopping it.

If the first paragraph is true, that means as of the present, am 52 years old biologically speaking lolz! How cool is that? Not quite cool. To be honest am in the state of self-denial that am already 23 years old. Although I still don't see a lot of those laugh lines and wrinkles yet but I've already started my research on how to at least deley them. Like I put milk and calamansi extract on my face, according to mama, that's her dearly loved formula to avoid pimples and wrinkles. I also make sure to apply sunblock whenever I'm out one fine sunny or rainy day. I make sure to drink 8 glasses or more water everyday and try to always eat healthy. Hey, am not vain though lol! Anyway, it doesn't mean that I do not want to grow old, its something all of us can't change and avoid. Well who cares if we add years, we can always feel forever young don't we?

The weather has been pretty nasty these past few days. Super hot in the morning, and then sudden rain showers in the afternoon. I hate it! It gives me this weird, moody feeling. You have no idea how the weather affects my well-being. Everything's sucks, lol! It seems like am transforming into a monster! Dark, gloomy skies will let me see auras and visions, visions that tells me my enemy is coming... a.k.a "Migraine!" I had it last night, Ouch!!! The throbbing kind of pain in the right side of my head was overwhelming. Migraine sufferers, ya'll know what I mean.

I hope Mr. Sun will show up today. When the weather is bad, am worst! :(((

mi sabado..

Helleerr! How's your Saturday so far? Well am kinda enjoying it, though it's just the same as many other Saturdays that passed. A friend slept-over here last night, had a good chit chat with her and so as my cousin Veniz. Our stories seemed endless, though it was the same old stories of times bygone, lol! So we hadn't slept really, was forcing my eyes to stay awake but I couldn't fight the urge. I was snoring by midnight already, but Met and Vine where still like buzzing bees. Guess it was already dawn when they've finally realized they needed to close their eyes. But I couldn't blame them, that's what friends are all about right? And Met, she's living soon. Their moving to another city a couple of months from now, which makes us sad. We're all gonna miss them so bad!

Anyway, now I need to take a long nap and sleep early tonight. Got my eye bugs here and the pimples, oh, I can feel its presence soon lol! And tomorrow, it's gonna be the much anticipated special day assembly of JW. Will be busy preparing for it, so I wouldn't be online for the next 24 hours or more guys. I'll see you the day after tomorrow okies? Great weekend everyone!

Goodness, after 48 years of being disconnected the server is finally alive and kicking once again. Bro's technician went here this morning and did some tweaking, according to him their main blah-blah got booted so the signal went down,down,down. Well whatever! Am becoming very much disappointed and impatient, might as well ditch them soon.

Oh yeah, now I've got so much catching up to do. Blog hops, ec dropping, taggy tags, opps, ei... hope their not yet expired!

Btw, this is needless to say but I feel like an alien lately. My social life, if I have one has been so EWAN! I mean, there are faces I choose not to see and people I refuse to meet. It's not that I don't want to really but I have this tendency to detached myself from people once in a while. To be an alien sometimes is cool and a good way to recharged. Hmmm,but I do miss my pals! Will catch up with them soon, uh, I hope! hehe...

i-nAs-thma ako!

Where have I been the past few days? Well, I was sick, sick with asthma! Remember I told you that am such a wimp lately and I was having a terrible flu. It didn't get any better and has taken its toll on me last wednesday, after I wrote my last post here..hehe! For 48 straight hours I wasn't able to sleep even just for a bit. Mama keeps on saying "Day, paningkamot ug katulog.." I was like, "Ma, mas importante moginhawa kontra matulog!"

Anyway, so we went to my Pediatrician LOLZ! Yes am too old for that but she's my favorite doctor and I just couldn't say goodbye to her, lol! Thanks to the nebulizer, finally was able to breath with not much effort and close my eyes to sleep again. Now am feeling much better, except for minor attacks sometimes.

I miss bloggy! Actually mama still forbids me to stay for hours in front of lappy so should end here na muna. I'll be completely well soon, see you on your blogs and expect my EC as well. Kitakitz!!!

Sa Cebu!

(view at the bus) mama's hometown...Santander, Cebu "Laurente's property" :D mama & papa nice one! hehe... arti-arti jud...haha! Port of Santander we're bound to Dumaguete na... :D arriving Port of Dapitan... we're almost home!

Last April 11, Papang, Mamang, cousin's Vine & Ivy, and yours truly packed our bags and headed to Cebu. The travel was long, from Zamboanga to Dipolog by bus, Dipolog to Dapitan by tricycle, and Dapitan to Cebu by a ferry. My big brother fetch us at Cebu Pier... I forgot na, and the weather greeted us with a truly warm welcome. Actually, we didn't roamed around the city that much. As we would love to but my manong is too busy to tour us around. But we manage to go to places, the malls,(Ayala,SM,Metro,Robinson's) to the oldest street in the Philippines-"Colon," and pass by famous land marks. Colon was super crowded I must say. The traffic was annoying and the sun was sooo cruel, I couldn't stop complaining! Sorry though for not being able to take much more pictures because according to the peepz, it's dangerous to show of your cam lol! We had a great time visiting my brother, it was basically just bonding with him..hehe!

Anyway, the latter part of our escapade is to go to my mother's hometown-Santander. A municipality at the southern tip of Cebu. We need to travel 185 kilometers by bus to get there and that's when I really enjoyed the most. The sights were beautiful! I haven't seen such a lovely coast line in my entire life. Cebu is truly blessed to have such beauty. Opposite to Zamboanga who's got majestic mountain view to offer lol! We visited mama's relatives and the best part of it was the beach! Finally, our much anticipated hop to the unexploited white sand beach owned by the Laurente's. As you can see in the pictures, we had a fantastic time playing around. Me and my cousin's were the only people splashing through the cystal clear waters hahaha! I love to go their again. Very private and peaceful, far from the creepy yet fun life here in Zamboanga. (*_*)

Going home was more challenging. We left Santander at around 6p.m, rode a barge, and after 20 minutes we arrived at Sibulan, Dumaguete. With all our heavy bags and strollers, we're on our way to the pier to ride another ferry bound for Dapitan. My goodness, the ferry was swinging all the time, mom and ivy got dizzy and even puked lol! We arrived Dapitan safely but our journey didn't end there, we need to ride a big bus again going to Zamboanga. And finally, after another 310 kilometers, we're home! Safe and sound, thank's Jah! Hiya, what a travel right??? Now you know why I'm sick and unwell..hehe!
